Business Policy:

Privacy Policy / Payment Terms:
All orders will be shipped by certified check, or prepaid. Visa, American Express, Discover, and Master Cards accepted. All delinquent accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly charge to the unpaid balance. Bounced or NSF checks are subject to a $25.00 fee. Any personal information provided for payment or to process your order is kept in our secure personnel files.

Product and Pricing Policy:
Prices: All prices are quoted F.O.B. Vista, CA.
Product changes: Predator Motorsports mission is to provide its customers with the highest quality products at very competitive prices. With this in mind, Predator reserves the right to change design, materials, packaging, and product specifications. Pricing Changes: Predator reserves the right to change pricing without notice

Freight Policy:
Foreign Orders: Shipments to overseas customers are to be arranged for, and paid by bank transfer.F.O.B. Orders: All orders not meeting the prepaid freight criteria will be shipped F.O.B. Vista, CA by U.P.S. Ground or equivalent, or common carrier.

Claims: It is the responsibility of the customer to file freight damage claims immediately after receiving the shipment with the freight company. Copies of the completed freight claim form must be sent immediately to Predator Motorsports Inc. Shipping damages are out of the control of Predator, if a package is suspected damaged when received you MUST either have the package noted as damaged with the shipping company or refuse the package.

For international customers, please be aware that there may be additional handling and crate charges to insure the safety of the delivery of your order. We apologize for the inconvenience but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Back Orders:
Back orders are shipped on a “date ordered” priority.

Returns Policy:
Return Authorization (RA) is required for any return. No returns will be accepted without prior RA. We require this assigned number to be prominently displayed on the outside of the package. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Shipping / Freight charges will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment which was received for any items returned that are undamaged as well as unused, pending the 20% restocking fee (i.e. If you paid for your purchase via credit card, your credit card will be refunded within 72 hours of the undamaged items that were received less the restocking fee and shipping charges). All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Security is a shared responsibility:

Password Management: Maintain the security of your account by using strong passwords and keeping them confidential.
System Security: Ensure your personal system is secure, especially when downloading personal data from our site. While we provide SSL for data transmission, it is your responsibility to enable this feature on your account.
Breach Notification: In the event of a security breach, Predator Inc. will notify affected users electronically, allowing them to take necessary protective measures.

Warranty:

Purchasers should recognize and understand that SUV parts and equipment; such as, but not limited to, wheels, performance accessories, billet kits, tire carriers, and all parts and services manufactured and/or sold by Predator Motorsports Inc. (PMI); are exposed to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used.As further consideration for purchasers using PMI parts, equipment, and services, purchasers acknowledge that due to the differing conditions and circumstances under which all products are installed and used, purchasers are not relying on PMI skill or judgment to select or furnish the proper product. Purchasers expressly affirm that they are relying upon their own skill and judgment to select and furnish suitable products.PMI guarantees to the original purchaser of its products a 1 year warranty, against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not include shipping damage, improper maintenance, improper installation, road hazards, impairments from accidents, product modifications, or neglect. This warranty only applies to new products purchased on or after 7/1/09, and are limited to the repair or replacement (at PMI’s option) of PMI products. This warranty does not cover the shipping costs for return, removal, installation, labor, inconvenience or consequential damages. original purchaser must return defective material, along with the purchase receipt and RGA number, to the original place of purchase. PMI is not responsible for products returned without an RGA number or products not originally purchased from PMI. Any and all products redistributed by PMI carries the warranty by the original manufacturer. This includes all items not manufactured by PMI. Duramax conversions purchased with the assault engine and remanufactured engine have a 1-year warranty. Duramax conversions purchased with a resealed engine have a 6-month warranty. Installations must be performed according to instructions provided by PMI; otherwise, PMI has no responsibility. Failure to follow PMI provided instructions will VOID any and all product warranties and create liability for the installer. In the event that purchasers or installers expressly cause representations, statements, or affirmations of fact contrary to this disclaimer of all warranties, expressed or implied, then purchasers or installers agree to indemnify and hold harmless PMI in the event of any claim, demand, or legal action against PMI by any purchaser. Purchasers understand and agree that no officer, director, employee, salesperson, or representative of PMI has the authority to make any statement contrary to the terms of this agreement. PMI disavows any statement contrary to what is herein written. Predator Inc. regulate and set the towing and storage rates for vehicles that are unpaid or abandoned at our facility. The towing and storage charges must be paid before the release of a vehicle. If a vehicle is not redeemed upon completion of services or left unclaimed, additional daily storage charges will incur. In January 1st 2016, the Predator Inc. and storage rates were increased to a fee of $50.00 U.S. per day.   Lien Sale Processing Fees All vehicles are subject to applicable California Civil Code Section 3074 lien sale processing fees. Civil Code Section 3074: “The lienholder may charge a fee for lien-sale preparations not to exceed seventy dollars ($70) in the case of vehicle having a value determined to be four thousand dollars ($4,000) or less and not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) in the case of a vehicle having a value determined to be greater than four thousand dollars ($4,000), from any person who redeems the vehicle prior to the disposal or is paid through a lien sale pursuant to this chapter. These charges may commence and become part of the possessory lien when the lienholder requests the names and addresses of all people having an interest in the vehicle from the Department of Motor Vehicles. Not more than 50 percent of the allowable fee may be charged until the lien-sale notifications are mailed to all interested parties and the lienholder or registration service agent has possession of the required lien processing documents. This charge shall not be made in the case of any vehicle redeemed prior to 72 hours from the initial storage.”
