Our HD Expedition Brush Guard is designed as a highly functional minimalist brush guard. Perfectly suited when our HD D-Ring Brush Guard is not needed yet a highly functional Heavy Duty design is. The Brush Guard tubing is cnc cut notched and bent, in our facility, from heavy duty .120 wall steel tube then pulse welded together giving almost a Tig Welded finished look. No sloppy continuous welds found on other Brush Guards. The clean lines of the brush guard allow for a center mounted 20” LED Light bar. Additional light tabs on the outer sides can be added at time of order but not included in the standard design.
