Genuine D-Ring Brush Guard for the H1 Hummer produced by Predator Inc. Rarely duplicated and frequently imitated! Our D-Ring Brush Guard is perhaps the greatest brush guard available for the H1, with billet steel upper mounts that have been CNC-machined. The brush guard was designed to compliment our Predator Hood Scoop and interact with our VIPER Front Winch Bumper System for a streamlined appearance.
Using a CNC machine, the Brush Guard is notched, cut, and bent from 120 (1/8″) steel tube with a substantial wall thickness. The HD 1/4″ lower mounts that come with the package are compatible with both stock (non-raised) and lifted (2 inches) H1s, HMMWVs, and Hummers, as well as the 2006 Alpha Hummer. In addition, the mounts are equipped with a mechanism that prevents the brush guard from falling forward and resting on the ground when in the open position. Quick-release push pins are supplied to firmly attach the top brush guard to the OEM Hummer Air Lift Hooks. When retracted, these push pins serve as an opening stop when put into the bottom mount.
Our Predator HD Air Lift Hook set is an optional upgrade that can be installed in lieu of the factory hooks for a factory-like look and feel.
