Stereo Mounting Kit

Our Stereo Mounting Kit is a huge upgrade for your 1996 to 2003 H1 Hummer. This kit allows for the use of the coveted Alpine Halo 9” or Halo 11” Stereo System along with most other dash stereo systems. By relocating your climate controls (kit available) to the center of the dash, this mounting kit allows you to install newer, larger Stereo Systems with large touchscreens. Besides a much improved sound system, modern look and convenience of current model stereos, you can now seamlessly integrate a reverse camera into your stereo system’s new large screen. We offer the Mounting Kit in several options. Most popular is our single din mount that is positioned low allowing for one of the best stereo systems on the market today, the Alpine Halo 9” or Halo 11” System. This is designed to position the screen as low as possible to allow for unimpeded airflow from the upper vents. Secondly we offer a standard Double Din design which allows for the more traditional, flush mounted, double din stereo systems.
